Who runs ZE:A merchandise?
How long will it take to ship?
At least two weeks. We can’t ship on Sundays or holidays so keep that in mind.
How do I track my order?

How can we pay?
Concealed Cash or PayPal.
What currency do you allow?
USD only.
How much is shipping?
$1. Shipping is $5 for a shirt but if it’s just a wristband or dog tag then its $1.
What about refunds?
Sorry, no refunds unless the product is defected.
Do you guys do giveaways?
Yes we do so keep a look out for our announcements. ;)

We’ll put your order on hold until you can receive it.
Do you take requests?
Every few months or so we’ll have a limited edition item and we’ll take your request and put them in a poll so look out for ANNOUNCEMENTS! :D
Limited Edition Item?
We’ll have a poll on a limited edition item of any kpop group/idol and you guys can vote on which one you want. The item that wins will be put into our store for you guys to purchase. There will be a limited amount of that item hence “limited edition item.” This will happen every few months or so.
How do I become an affiliate?
All you have to do is ask us via ask box and we’ll add you to the page.
